Pamper day gift ( and how to make bath salts )
At the time I am writing this, Christmas is coming up, and of course there is a mad rush to get people presents! By using these instructions you can make cheap gifts like soap seem like more by turning it into a pamper day treat!!
You will need:
❤A small gift bag
❤Card or paper
❤Decorative card
❤Things to put inside, e.g: soap, wax melts,
candles, bath salts, bath bombs ( I will include
how to make bath salts below )
❤Ribbon or a small pretty drawstring bag
For the bath salts:
❤Sea salt ( do not use table salt )
❤An essential oil of your choice
❤If you wish you could add food colouring to make it look pretty
❤A few crushed herbs like lavender to add to the sweet smell and will make it look prettier
If there is a company name written on the gift bag, cover it with plain sticky labels and write "pamper day" or something else of your choosing. To make a pretty label, cut a bit of decorative card into a shape of your choice, then write a greeting on the back, then attach it to the gift bag. Next, put your pamper day treats out and cover them with pretty things like ribbon, pretty fabrics and cute stickers!
Now, get a piece of paper or card and write the things you can find inside the bag. If you wish you can write another small note that says Merry Christmas or an inspiring quote! One that I like is:
"Do not look down on anyone unless you are helping them up"
If you want to make bath salts, get a bowl and fill it with sea salt, then add the desired amount of food colouring , essential oils and crushed herbs or flowers. All that you need to do now is package it, I put it in a small jar and added a plain sticky label and wrote "bath salts" on it!
Put everything inside the gift bag and voila! You have made a beautiful present someone will love!
However, you might find that this is too time consuming or you don't have all the things needed. Do not worry, as we all know that people love soap no matter what! Simply stack two or three soaps and tie them with ribbon!
